Section 1 — Commitment

Every business detail you share with us is treated as confidential.
SeenMoro guarantees that no information, document, or data will ever be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Section 2 — NDA Coverage

• All projects are automatically covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• No additional paperwork is needed — confidentiality is included in every plan (Case Study, Helping Hand, Full Power).
• Upon request, a signed NDA copy (standard legal template) can be shared before project start.

Section 3 — Data Handling

• Data collected via forms is stored securely.
• Only the SeenMoro core team (AI + human review) has access.
• Files are used strictly for analysis and deleted after delivery, unless you request ongoing advisory.

Section 4 — Your Rights

• You remain the owner of all data and documents you share.
• You may request deletion of any or all information at any time.
• We comply with international best practices for data privacy.
